Physical Health Problems

We have compiled  a large number of links to services to support people with concerns about physical health problems. These range from how to get access to NHS physiotherapy advice or treatment for back pain, strains and other aches, How to access podiatry/chiropody feet services, advice and phone numbers for pregnant women, exercise classes, sensory impairment hearing loss and hearing aid advice. There is also a section accessing support for people living with a cancer diagnosis.

Most of the services are free under the NHS and you contact them directly yourself without having to make a GP appointment first.

These links are from the Clinics & Services Menu or just click here.
