Craig and Hazel are very experienced qualified Community Mental Health Nurses and they are here to help you with:

Low mood, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Memory concerns, Addiction concerns.

COMMUNITY LINK WORKER

Diana is here to help you find services and support in your local community.

Diana can help you with:
Support Groups, Healthy Lifestyle, Housing, Volunteering, Caring for Relatives or Friends, Employment, Activities (groups and services), Managing Stress and Anxiety, Living with health conditions, Alcohol and Drugs, Money worries.

ON-LINE SERVICES

You can now order your prescription and book appointments on-line.  Please pick up a registration form at our Reception desk.

TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE

We have introduced a text messaging service which enables us to send text message confirmation and reminders about appointments.  You can also use this service to cancel appointments that you don't need. If you would like to use this service please make sure we have an up to date mobile telephone number for you.
