CLOSURE POSTPONED

THE PLANNED MIGRATION TO A NEW CLINICAL SYSTEM HAS BEEN POSPONED UNTIL NOVEMBER 2026.  WE WILL KEEP YOU UP TO DATE WITH ANY NEW INFORMATION.  THE PRACTICE WILL RUN AS NORMAL UNTIL THE MIGRATION PERIOD.
